This is another figure I never had as a kid.  His air chariot, the snake headdress, the cape, it all looked really cool.  So it was only a matter of time until Serpentor arrived in my Sigma 6 verse.

I was struggling to find a way to bring Serpentor into Sigma 6 form when I just had an epiphany.  Using the Sigma Strike Duke torso and upper limbs with Cobra Commanders lower arms and legs.  I knew I would use Long Range's head so when I pieced the body together I had my Serpentor.   I painted the base color in a medium green and used gold for the armor accents.  In the cape I used one of those infamous twist-ties all Sigma 6 fans are familiar with and gave the cape some posability by gluing it into the bottom hem.  The helmet is from the 12" Cobra Commander figure and is the top of his staff cut up.  I used the Sigma Strike Duke helmet as a base to fit the head and filled in the gaps with Sculpey.  His accessories are the most I've ever put with a figure.  The sword, staff, and pistol give him the necessary offensive capability he needs and the shield and gauntlets give him some defensive weapons.  I LOVE this figure!!!

Little is known about the man called Serpentor.  It is rumored that he is a clone created using the DNA of several of histories greatest warriors but this has yet to be proven.  What is known is that he has taken a position of power within the Cobra organization.  From atop his Air Chariot, he commands Cobras troops in battle, something that the Cobra Commander is reluctant to do himself.  His troops fight with a ferocity unseen since Caesar marched across Europe.  It is unclear if Serpentor has taken control of Cobra from Cobra Commander or if he is simply his newest lieutenant but whatever his position within the organization, he is easily their most dangerous member.  While Serpentor has yet to be successful in battle, he always makes the best tactical decisions that allow him to inflict the most damage with the least losses.  Further intelligence is required.
