Base Figure: Camo Long Range
Accessories: Frontal Assault Duke mask / Arctic Duke vest / 1/6 scale sniper rifle

After masking off the figure and giving him a coat of Krylon Fusion flat white I started on the details.  Basing this loosely off the 2.5" figure that came with the Arctic VAMP, I added some shoulder pads using part of Arctic Duke's gloves and some Fixit Sculpt.  I also added some quilted padding to the mask to differentiate it from the original and to match the 2.5" figure.  Throw in the Arctic Duke vest and a sniper rifle (which I bought for Snow Job originally) and I have another Snow Joe for my arctic army.
