I bought a couple custom cast heads from a fellow Joe board member and finally got around to using one.  This is the new character I came up with.

Accessories: Snake-Eyes v.1 Uzi / 1/6 rifle / custom webgear / Duke v.1 knife

This custom started with the custom case head I got from Suntzu on the Joecustoms board.  It's a Snake-Eyes v.1 head with the night vision goggles cast in place.  I put it on a Snake-Eyes Ninja Showdown body.  I needed to give it a different look from the original so I took a Firefly mask and trimmed it down and glued it on.  Next I needed a color scheme and that's when the character came to life.  I went with a dark gray accent color to match my Mysterious Stranger self custom.  I added the light gray tiger stripes to just give him a little more "flair."  I Sharpied in some black accents on the mask and modified the Sigma 6 logo.  Throw in a custom web harness made from a Firefly belt, some weapons and he's all ready for battle.

The man known as Jackal is a member of Mysterious Stranger's covert military unit, Vector 6, and serves as the units second in command.  Most information about him is classified.  While he has been known to operate independently in the past, Jackal now works exclusively with Vector 6.  He is a master of infiltration and though he has been involved in support of several Sigma 6 operations, he has never actually been seen in combat until after the fighting is done.  Cold and calculating, Jackal knows his job, does it well and always sees it through to completion.  It is rumored that he trained with the traitor Firefly but no evidence of this has ever appeared.  What is known for certain is that Jackal is just as mysterious as his team leader, a fact that General Hawk finds very disturbing.

Duke: "I'm not sure what to make of Jackal or Vector 6.  I've been in black ops so I know how they operate.  I hesitate to think what methods they are using but as long as they provide results I won't ask any questions.  Until one of my team gets killed due to their interference.  Then we'll have a problem."
