Code Name: Low-Light Real Name: MacBride, Cooper G. Night Sniper
Primary Military Specialty: Night Operations Secondary Military Specialty: Marksmanship Instructor
As a boy, Low-Light was a timid child that was deathly afraid of the dark. Growing up in an outdoors loving family in North Dakota he was a bit of a black sheep. But all that changed on a hunting trip when he was twelve. During the early morning hours he became separated from the group and was lost in the wilderness. They found him three weeks later with his rifle, flashlight and a grin from ear to ear. While not an avid hunter like the rest of his family, Low-Light did enjoy shooting and quickly became a proficient target shooter. He competed in several amateur competitions, winning in his age group every time and by the time he was eighteen had caught the attention of a gun manufacturer who wanted to sponsor Low-Light on the professional shooting circuit. He did this throughout college as a means to pay for his education and upon graduating left the world of competitive shooting to join the military. It was in the army that Low-Light found his true calling and after basic training he was accepted into sniper school. His proficiency on the target range helped him quickly move through the ranks and into the Special Forces working overseas on a number of classified operations. His talent for being able to take out a target in the most adverse conditions and his ability to stay in one spot for days waiting for the perfect shot brought him to the attention of Duke and Low-Light was soon offered a spot on the Sigma 6 team as their primary sniper and marksmanship instructor.
Duke: "In the blackest of nights, with clouds and no moon, Low-Light can still hit his target without a second glance. He's that good and if he weren't on our side we'd be in trouble."
