Slipstream began as part of my "Greenshirts" project.  I liked the thinner look of the Jungle SE body and the Hi-Tech arms and legs gave it that more advanced tech look I was going for with him.  The Hi-Tech head, with a new flesh tone was perfect for the young hotshot pilot look I wanted.  Add in a green color that nearly matches the molded green plastic of the SE body and some of Jet-wing Duke's accessories and he was finished.

Slipstream is a computer genius and video-game junkie.  He spent his teenage years in arcades mastering each new game within days of its release.  His quick reflexes aided him in his dream of becoming a pilot and after graduating high school he was accepted into the Air Force academy after which he went into the Air Forces experimental aircraft development program, flying the newest fighters as a test pilot.  When the opportunity to join Sigma 6 came along, he jumped at the chance.  The team's mission was what interested him but it was the chance to get his hands on the cutting edge technology the team was issued that drew him in.
