This one was easy.  I sculpted on the beard and hair and painted the accents a more snow-ish color gray to set him apart from the other two snow troopers I have, Duke and Frostbite.  The work was in the accessories.  First I glued the holsters from a Sea Ops Duke belt onto the back of the vest as ski holders.  Then I took the hood from Arctic Snake-eyes, cut it up, added a piece of a washcloth for trim and attached it to the collar of the vest.  I trimmed down the Hi-Tech visor to fit better, threw on the skis and rifle and he was all set.

Snow Job was an Olympic biathlete and expert marksman when he enlisted in the military.  His skills and proficiency led him to the Army's Arctic Ski Patrol and he excelled there.  It was on a mission defending the Alaskan pipeline where he first encountered his future fellow teammate Frostbite and came to the attention of General Hawk.  Hawk was only looking for a single arctic specialist and Frostbite was his choice, however Snow Job managed to talk his way into being recruited as well, convincing Hawk that it was better for arctic troopers to work in teams than as solo operators.  His skills with a rifle have become legendary and when not on missions, he acts as the teams marksmanship instructor.
