I had some leftover parts that I threw together and came up with a new character for my Sigma 6 universe.  While not how I orginally planned it to come out, I think it works well.

Base Figure: Snake-Eyes body, arms, upper legs, Tunnel Rat hands, lower legs, Sea Ops Duke head modified
Paint: flat yellow, flat black, light tan
Accessories: Tunnel Rat knife, 1/6 scale pistol, duffle bag, Duke glasses, modified Tunnel Rat goggles

It started with some spare parts and came out a new character.  I trimmed the SODuke head and glued on a Heavy Duty bandana.  I painted it in a two tone scheme to look a little different from Heavy Duty and added the skull and crossbones emblem.  I painted the head with brown and gray to give him an older look and also painted the skin tone a light tan to cover the grease paint stripes on the original head.  I took the Tunnel Rat goggles and added trimmed down night vision goggles from Snake-Eyes for a custom goggle set.  I added some more gear and a Rit dyed keychain duffle bag from Hobby Lobby and my bomb squad trooper was ready to go.

Thumper is the oldest member of the Sigma 6 team.  He has served in the Army for nearly 20 years and has passed on retirement when a former commanding officer, General Hawk asked him to join Sigma 6.  An expert in explosives, Thumper is the "MacGuyver" of the bomb squad.  He can disarm a nuclear warhead with triple redundant detonators, nitrous cooled timers and laser matrix protection grid, with nothing more than a pair of nail clippers and a foil gum wrapper and not break a sweat.  That doesn't mean he doesn't get nervous.  In fact he received his codename from his explosives instructor who commented that he didn't know how Thumper could hear the beeps from a timer over the pounding sound of his heart.  However he always manages to keep his cool under pressure.  He knows that panic and anxiety won't help the situation and in fact will only make things worse.  Thumper is never without a cigar clenched between his teeth, even when dealing with sensitive flammable explosive materials.  He is a reserve member of the Sigma 6 infantry and serves on guard duty at the teams headquarters when he's not training or on a mission.  The rest of the Sigma 6 team looks up to Thumper for advice and when they're in a sticky situation, they follow his lead.  If Thumper is calm they know they'll be okay but if he's running (which is a very rare sight) they aren't far behind because if something is so bad that he won't face it, they know they won't be able to handle it.
