I've wanted to do a Green Arrow custom for a while and when I got the Lt. Stone figure I knew the Zartan mask would make a great hood and the rest is custom history.

The Spirit body is great for Green Arrow and the Duke head works well for Ollie.  I sculpted a mask onto the head and with two colors of green paint the body was all done.  I cut the face out of a Lt. Stone Zartan mask and with some paint it works perfectly as a hood for Green Arrow.  The accessories were a given and with some more green paint work well.  He's not perfect but he works for me.

Masked Vigilante / Billionaire Industrialist

Billionaire industrialist Oliver Queen earned his wealth the hard way, he worked for it, building his business from the ground up.  As the Green Arrow he is a masked vigilante, doing good deeds around the world and enforcing the law with his own brand of justice.  Highly skilled with a bow and arrow, he has an almost supernatural accuracy and if he ever competed professionally would be the highest ranked archer in the world.  However he doesn't seek the fame of some other known heroes.  Instead he is content with letting his actions speak for him.  Green Arrow's actions are tolerated by military and law enforcement officials because he does get the job done however there is one criminal he has yet to apprehend, his arch-nemesis, Wilson Slade, aka Deathstroke.
